Where to find bits.netbeans.org documents?
Looking at the APIdocs, there are many references to documents,
articles, etc. on `bits.netbeans.org` which now redirect to a generic
"Oracle Migration" page.
I've hunted through the Dev Wiki, searched high and low, but have not
managed to find (in particular):
* The Solution to Communication Between Components
* the introduction to the lookup API via use cases
linked in the Lookup APIdocs.
Do those old docs still exist somewhere (along with the many others that
are also AWOL)? If so I'm happy to have a go at updating the Javadoc
source and submitting.

It looks like something broke after the 12.5 release.
works
https://bits.netbeans.org/12.5/javadoc/org-openide-actions/org/openide/actions/doc-files/api.html
broken
https://bits.netbeans.org/12.6/javadoc/org-openide-actions/org/openide/actions/doc-files/api.html
Would this be a change in the netbeans-website or netbeans repo?

The PR is accepted, but I assume you'd like me to do new maven central
release, right?

Hi,
We got this issue since we build on jdk 11. We have to upgrade the code snippet doclet but the codesnippet is not compatible yet because of a classcastexception.
Issue was reported in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-6386
Proposed PR
https://github.com/jtulach/codesnippet4javadoc/pull/31
Once we got the new codesnippet we could fix branches release126,release130 and release 140 and master.
Best Regards
Eric

So the link API overview page
<https://bits.netbeans.org/13/javadoc/org-openide-modules/org/openide/modules/doc-files/api.html>
(
https://bits.netbeans.org/13/javadoc/org-openide-modules/org/openide/modules/doc-files/api.html
) takes to transition page...
Is this another case that the document generation (think it uses Rake at
some point; is this done when the deliverables are built or is this an
independent build action?) is not working quite right and needs to be
regenerated for some of the release documentation?

Here's one I ran into a few weeks ago. Start at
https://bits.netbeans.org/13/javadoc/org-openide-modules/
About half way down find
Interface Name In/Out Stability Specified in What Document?
ModulesAPI Exported Official
<http://wiki.netbeans.org/API_Stability#Official>
.../org/openide/modules/doc-files/api.html
<https://bits.netbeans.org/13/javadoc/org-openide-modules/org/openide/modules/doc-files/api.html>
The "specified in what document" link want to go to
https://bits.netbeans.org/13/javadoc/org-openide-modules/org/openide/modules/doc-files/api.html
And ends up at the migration page. I tried Christian's trick and this
works on 12.5

So, what are the URLs of those pages and what are the pages containing
these links?
