pre-commit for whitespace

Hi Impala developers,

I've updated Impala Style Guide
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/IMPALA/Impala+Style+Guide> to
include a pointer to pre-commit.sh, which can help strip whitespace on
lines you've edited automatically. If whitespace is getting you down, it's
a handy trick.
