Service running using PROCRUN should be unstoppable by anyone including Windows administrator. So that the service is tamper proof.

Kindly note that running app as another user or using Windows policies are all considered before creating this issue.

# May I know if this is an existing feature (may be hidden).
# Should it be developed by ourselves within code.
