The jx macros implementation of the cforms template language generates a lot of extra whitespace.  
This is OK most of the time, but I have a scenario where the product of an output widget is used in an 
XSLT transform to construct a html:a/@href, and the extra whitespace breaks that completey ��I had to 
go back to using the FTT.
