[jira] [Commented] (UIMA-3865) DUCC Web Server (WS) shows unchanging projected job completion time towards EOJ

Lou DeGenaro commented on UIMA-3865:
------------------------------------

JD does not properly account for millisOperatingLeast for work items in its status reports. This ultimately causes WS to somewhat poorly estimate time-to-completion for Job as it nears the end.

> Projection seems stuck at max completed work item time. Initial debugging seems to indicate that the leastOperatingMillis reported for the Job by the Orchestrator is zero???
