Moving existing incubating project websites to the new incubator
url
Since AltRMI and FTPServer are in the "old" URL, what about moving them
like this? No need to rush, it can be easily done in the next site update.

I was going to setup .htaccess to do that with RedirectMatch, as is done
elsewhere, e.g., Jakarta's site.
