[jira] [Created] (CASSANDRA-16858) CircleCI MIDRES might be missing some changes in 3.11

Andres de la Peña created CASSANDRA-16858:
---------------------------------------------

Summary: CircleCI MIDRES might be missing some changes in 3.11
                 Key: CASSANDRA-16858
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-16858
             Project: Cassandra
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: CI
            Reporter: Andres de la Peña

I've noticed that when we run {{.circleci/generate.sh}} in 3.11 the file {{config.yml.MIDRES}} is modified, when I'd say it shouldn't be changed. If I'm right running that script should be noop when there hasn't been changes in {{config-2_1.yml}}, and indeed the file isn't modified in the other branches.

Not sure yet, but I think that this might be the result of not having generated a new {{config.yml.MIDRES}} with the script when merging 3.0 into 3.11 during CASSANDRA-16804.
