When running our top-level build script (./build-support/jenkins/build.sh), style check results are reported for python files.  This output is too verbose, as it reports {{SUCCESS}} for all files that pass style check.  Change this output to only report errors.

In particular, this will make for more direct build result messages from build bot.  A counter-example is the current state, as seen in https://reviews.apache.org/r/36392/
