On the xml-schema-validation-improvements branch:

Replace --disable-xml-schema-validation switch with
--enable-xml-schema-validation.

* build/run_tests.py
  (TestHarness._init_py_tests, create_parser): Replace
   --disable-xml-schema-validation with --enable-xml-schema-validation.

* Makefile.in
  (check): Replace DISABLE_XML_SCHEMA_VALIDATION to
   ENABLE_XML_SCHEMA_VALIDATION.

* subversion/tests/cmdline/svntest/main.py
  (is_xml_schema_validation_enabled): Use options.enable_xml_schema_validation
   and invert condition.
  (TestSpawningThread.run_one, _create_parser): Replace
   --disable-xml-schema-validation with --enable-xml-schema-validation.
