Roller 2.2-rc2-incubating is available

A new release candidate (RC) is ready for testing: Roller 2.2-rc2- 
incubating.

You can get the new RC here:
      http://people.apache.org/~snoopdave/roller-2.2-rc/

Updated User and install docs are in the same directory (thanks Anil)

And these bugs found in RC1 were addressed (thanks Oscar and Axel):
