How to handle this correctly? The downloadable archive has no license
file in it, only the website says that it is MIT licensed
(http://www.palserv.com/XMidi/#lic). Will we add a MIT license file into
our legal directory or asking Peter for filling the file for us? Maybe
we do not need the DTD at all?
