[Bug 4403] 'NS lookup failed horribly' error with Net::DNS 0.51

The error happens under Cygwin too. I had a setup error that caused me to still
be running Net::DNS 0.49 when I thought I was testing 0.51.

Also, it has nothing to do with spamd. spamassassin -D -t < sample-nonspam.txt
shows the same error. I'm changing the summary to reflect that.
