NOT reproducible with server installation of  "AOO 3.4.1 – German UI / German
locale [AOO341m1(Build:9593) - Rev.1372282]" on WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own
separate user profile.

My printing dialog differs from your's. Where you have th section "Farge", I
see a heading "Drucken" (Printing) with a dropdown to select how to pring
comments. 
a) Any ideas why your dialog is different?
b) Is that reproducible for you also with other AOO applications (Draw, Calc)?
c) any suspect concerning Extensions what might cause the problem?
d) does your problem persist when you renamed your user profile 
     before you launch AOOo (please see
     <https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#User_profile_location>)?
e) Please contribute an English translation concerning your wide "Farge" text
