When installing Apache on Windows Xp SP3, all is correct.
The Log system is turn to debug.

Here is the error I have :

détecté une adresse de pointeur non valide en essayant d'utiliser un argument
pointeur dans un appel.  : core_output_filter: writing data to the network


Can't find any resource about "OS 10014" error.

I try to put EnableMMAP off and EnableSendfile off, but the error is till
there.

PHP files are not interpreted, browser only propose to download them.
HTML file are not interpreted, I only have Blank screen.

Using Apache2 for years, And I can't find any issue for this.

I am seeing the same issue under a load test. Using 2.2.9 on Windows 2003. Will
sustain 90-100 requests a second and then start dropping after the OS 10014
error gets logged. Then requests stop coming and I have to restart Apache. 

One difference that may or may not be related is that I turned disabled the
WinSock2 API: "Disabled use of AcceptEx() WinSock2 API" due to issues with the
error associated with it.

Looking at some other debug reports, there may be another issue with using PHP.
Not sure about the first reporter, but we are using PHP 5.2.1.
