reinstalling system template

Dear All,
How can I install the systemvm template again?
Procedure please?

Yes you can use the same process. 
Use the script with opton -F (force) to install the template.

What's the reason to reinstall the template?
If the systemvm is seeded once it will work all the times.  Which version you are using?
