Performance testing

Hello everybody,



Christofer suggested than I’m posting my question/plans in here. I’m not a
developer and more of a user of PLC4X.



For my research work I’m planning a performance test between PLC4X and a
PLC with S7 protocol. At the end the results will be compared with
performance tests of OPC UA.

Is there anybody who had projects like than and could share first
results/impressions/ideas with me?


Also I was wondering if I could get information from the PLC like the
version number or the machine name e.g.
