Shale application deployment problem in weblogic 9.1/9.2....

I downloaded example  "shale-blank-current.zip"

>From site http://apache.mirrors.tds.net/shale/

And deployed in weblogic 9.1 and 9.2..

I got the below error while starting(servicing request/startup) the
deployment....

 

 

The library ex_shale(1.0.4) has been excluded. Libraries are always
managed as part of another application.  

All of the Deployments selected are currently in a state which is
incompatible with this operation. No action will be performed.  ...

I've never seen any messages even remotely like this.  If it is
something coming from WebLogic (seems likely) you might also ask for
help on a WebLogic related forum.
