Clicking Ctrl-click on a variable goes to its dedlaration. Clicking again prints a message in the status line, like "Cannot perform Goto declaration here".

NetBeans could instead goto usages of what is declared under the cursor in the current project.

This would streamline the flow rather than resorting to the clunky Alt-F7
