Francis Lukesh commented on SOLR-8091:
--------------------------------------

I support changing all gray text to #333333, which passes both WCAG tests and doesn't sacrifice much of anything aesthetically.

> Key: SOLR-8091
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-8091
> Project: Solr
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: website
> Reporter: Mike Mallett
>
> The Solr website http://lucene.apache.org/solr/ has a lot of text which fails WCAG Accessibility Guidelines for Contrast Ratios.
> The site places a lot of text with colour #959693 on a white background This fails WCAG Accessibility Guidelines for Contrast Ratio as checked on this site: http://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/
> Please use a more readable font colour for text on the Apache Solr website.
> Thanks.
