XSP name clash?

Since it took 12 months for people to find out, I don't think so.

I honestly don't care.

BTW, just in case, DataChannel has a trademark on XSP and they are
partners in the xml.apache.org... just in case, you know, but I'm going
into a pissing contest with people because of naming.

If you want a unique name, call it Apache Cocoon and Apache XSP and no
problems should arise.

BTW, their Xsp technology appears abandoned and no community is around
it so, no, I don't think we have to do something about it.

Let's just keep up the good work.

Datachannel owns the trademark on the term "XSP" and Apache uses it under
some sort of license from them (I hope they would offer the same curtesy
to my implementation, but I guess maybe we'll see).  Analytikerna AB seem
to be very much in violation of this trademark, and Datachannel had best
do something about it (because you have to protect trademarks or they lose
their validity).
