Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the finnish language version of OpenOffice
(Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.0_Win_x86_install_fi.exe) with default options on a
32-bit Windows XP Media Center Edition operating system. (This machine has 1GB
of RAM)

2. Start Writer

3. Type some text into the empty document

4. Choose File -> Save as...

5. Choose any of the DOC-file formats and type a name for the file

6. Save

7. Quit Writer.

8. Open the saved DOC-file by double-clicking it.

9. Once the file is open, look at File -> Properties...

10. Edit the file some more and save and open again and look at File ->
Properties

Today I was able to reproduce this same problem on another computer running
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit operating system so it's not isolated to one computer
or Windows XP.
