I believe so, indeed ;-) Just curious why the PR site builder didn't trigger this time. Want to make sure we're not breaking site generation by adding the file in the root of the site.

Validated successfully with the [W3C validator](http://www.w3.org/RDF/Validator/). You'll have to copy-paste the content from [the raw file view](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jclouds/jclouds-site/1e998aa1b4127e450abcf85001d659efc22df5a7/doap_jclouds.rdf) as, I suspect, the W3C servlet is not happy with HTTPS
