Re: [NOTICE] Upcoming Sedona infra changes

Dear all,

Sedona GitHub repo now becomes a top level project repo:
https://github.com/apache/sedona. The new GitHub URL does not have
`incubator` prefix. Please update your Git remote origin accordingly.
