Anchor Image Size

Hello!

 I am trying to place an image inside a HSSFClientAnchor but it is
stretching to fit all anchor rows and columns size. Is there any way
so that it does not happen?

If not, is there any way to find exactly size in pixels of an interval
of rows (height), and cells (width) so that i can generate an image
with the correct size?
