CAMEL-23300: bypass Couchbase 8.0 CPU microarchitecture check in test-infra
Couchbase 8.0 added a startup check requiring x86-64-v3 (AVX2). CI agents
with older CPUs cause the container to exit(1) after 2 seconds, breaking
camel-kafka-connector daily builds since build #345.
