log4cpp to log4cxx migration changes

Hi All,

I have some library which is developed using log4cpp. I wanted to migrate it to log4cxx.
There are many changes in log4cxx. I have didn't proper function in log4cxx for log4cpp::AppenderFactory::registerAppenderFactory.

Please help me with this. Thanks in advance.
