Re twitter - Social media guidelines

Talking about the @ApacheTaverna Twitter accounts etc, the ASF are
making guidelines which we should follow:

including:
> Feel free to share stories about your project, whether they come from the community, tech press, or folks outside of the press and community

so probably we won't need to do the Retweet-rule for all things non-Apache.
