SOAP Service Manager: Unable to read 'DeployedServices.ds': assum ing fresh start

Anybody knows what this error might be?

You should get this the first time you start your servlet container after
installing Apache SOAP, which records all services you have deployed in
DeployedServices.ds.  If this is a server you have been running before and
deployed services to, it appears that the file was somehow damaged or lost, and
Apache SOAP is creating a new one for you.
