what's the directive value ????

Hi all,

I had this doubt regarding the values to be considered  in the below
scenario...

I have this AccessFileName .Testing directive in my main server section and
if I dont have one in the virtual host then what's the value of it...
is it the documented default that's .htaccess or the one in the main server
i.e, .Testing.
