we have taken remove the inprogress document and document of the unpublished version on iotdb website

In order to enable everyone to quickly see effective documents, we have taken remove the inprogress document and document of the unpublished version on Apache IoTDB Website(https://iotdb.apache.org).

If you need to preview these documents at later, please refer to the /docs directory in Apache IoTDB source code.
