   Large-Batch SGD with a warmup, and a LARS strategy. 
   
   ## Description ##
   Added in Large-Batch SGD with a warmup, and a LARS strategy. Also added in a Polynomial Decay learning rate scheduler. Modified the example image fit code to allow these options to be selectable.
