threads_created)" failed
I keep having this error message in the error.log and whenever it happens apache
will crash (keep running) and not server any more pages... It happens about once
a day... If not more... And I have to manually restart.
I can't figure out how to reproduce the problem but it seems to be from a build
up of something...
I hope someone can figure it out.

Error.log file, the server was down from 7:00am on Feb 11th Till 1pm...
If you look closely to the resets every hour, you will see the child processes
go down from 250...

So, is there any workaround for this? I mean binary or something...
The most annoying thing is that httpd process grows from 30Mb up to 200Mb after
that, stops destroying threads even if I have these settings in config:
<IfModule mpm_winnt.c>
ThreadsPerChild 300
MaxRequestsPerChild 1
</IfModule>
EnableMMAP off
EnableSendfile off
Win32DisableAcceptEx
Another annoying thing is that it starts to wait too much before starting to
transfer any file (image, css) after such sort of crash in cases if I have
MaxRequestsPerChild other than 1.
