[~ishaandeb], could you please share the outputs of {{cordova platforms}} command (which cordova-windows platform version are you using)?
Also, what is the OS version? It can be found at Windows Key + about -> Version, OS Build.
The issue does not reproduce for me neither on Windows Phone 8.1, nor on Windows 10 Mobile.
