[PR] Provide runtime specific dependencies in Camel JBang Run/Export [camel]

Croway opened a new pull request, #19326:

   Provide runtime properties via `application.properties` file, this way, if a starter or a quarkus extension exists for a given 3d party dependency, all the dependencies can be enumerated in the properties file, and use accordingly to the runtime export/run.
   
   ```
     # Main runtime specific
     camel.jbang.dependencies.main=org.test:test:1.0
   
     # Spring Boot runtime specific
     camel.jbang.dependencies.spring-boot=org.test:test-starter:1.0
   
     # Quarkus runtime specific
     camel.jbang.dependencies.quarkus=org.test:test-quarkus:1.0
   ```
   
   The behaviour of `camel.jbang.dependencies` is the same
