[jira] Created: (MRELEASE-629) -gs is not passed to forked
execution of release:prepare
-gs is not passed to forked execution of release:prepare
--------------------------------------------------------
Key: MRELEASE-629
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRELEASE-629
Project: Maven 2.x Release Plugin
Issue Type: Bug
Components: prepare
Affects Versions: 2.1
Reporter: Benson Margulies
Invoking release:prepare with a -gs, those global settings are not passed into the forked execution of maven. If, for example, the project needs to retrieve deps from a repo defined only in the global settings, the build will fail.
