   So, not sure this is going to work as-is. Apache controls what we can set up, and their permissions are sometimes restrictive. But it looks like they have an organization-wide scan set up: https://sonarcloud.io/organizations/apache/projects. Generally, for stuff like this there is a document somewhere that has to be located, and failing that, we can [contact INFRA](https://infra.apache.org/infra-contact) to have them help us.
