Committed revision 383681.

Log:
Fix use of incorrect byte order in UUID generation. Compatibility concerns are
minimal, as this affects only the generation of new UUIDs.
Neither the binary->string nor string->binary conversions are altered.

PR: 37342

* crypto/getuuid.c (apr_uuid_get): Fill in the UUID data in network byte order
    a.k.a. big-endian a.k.a. MSB-first form.
