Mail list status?
Is there a way to check the status of Apache mail lists?
I can read and post to jena-users@incubator.apache.org OK myself but
I've been contacted by someone who can't -subscribe, they get:

Just to be clear ... the initial response from jena-users-subscribe is
OK, it is the attempt to reply to that -subscribe to confirm the email
address that bounces with this "mailbox full" error.

Best is to ask infrastructure@apache.org about that problem.
Infra issues are handled at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA

There's http://monitoring.apache.org/ but I don't think it says
anything about mailing lists.
