Help !!! [Beginner]

I am a complete beginner in SOAP and it's driving me crazy. I cannot even run
the samples !!!

each time I invoke the rpcrouter servlet, I get a similar error:

samples\addressbook>java org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManagerClient
http://localhost:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter deploy DeploymentDescriptor.xml
Ouch, the call failed:
  Fault Code   = SOAP-ENV:Server.Exception:
  Fault String = java.lang.NoSuchMethodError

samples\addressbook>java org.apache.soap.server.ServiceManagerClient

I am using Apache Tomcat 3.2.1 and Soap2.1. Xerces is 1.2.3

Using CLASSPATH:

please help me starting with Soap and Tomcat...
