Version 2.0.52 Announcement text

Comments anyone?

Seeing all +1's and no objections, I'm planning to push this out
in the next hour or two.

Ack.

Yes, my plan is to push out the files now, 'announce' tomorrow.

The ?update argument to download.cgi should be changed to the date/time
that you drop the files into dist/httpd/. And you should try to wait some
time between that drop and the announcement to give the mirrors an honest
chance.

Yes you can start building binaries, and push them as soon as the
.tar.gz hits /dist/httpd, although they aren't "released" until
tomorrow. There will be no changes to the final tarball, based
on all available feedback.

Is the final 2.0.52 identical to httpd-2.0.52-rc1.tar.gz (including
version strings, etc)?

[Just anxious to get cracking on 2.0.52 binaries.]
