[jira] Resolved: (FELIX-186) Logger ignores configuration property felix.log.level when a LogService is detected.

Richard S. Hall resolved FELIX-186.
-----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed
      Assignee: Richard S. Hall

I committed a fix for this, where I perform the level check before doing any logging whatsoever. I didn't test it, but I think it will work. Please let me know if there are any issues.
