   @mbien thanks for checking in and confirming my suspicion
   @neilcsmith-net Thanks for the check. I verified the right code path by using a debugger and stepping through `c.s.j.Native#loadNativeDispatchLibrary`. The right codepath was taken (after, before I have verified that the wrong was taken).
   
   For changes to the loading in JNA im reluctant. It took long to make the change and until now, no one raised an issue.
