svn and eclipse

Hi to the list,

I have installed svn and svn-eclipse plug-in.
I use eclipse 2.1 and 3.0M7

The plug-in don't work fine:/

I get an error when I connect to the repository or I try to commit 
something.

***
list -r HEAD svn+ssh://192.168.3.200:/share/svn_try
   The system cannot find the file specified.
***
list -r HEAD svn+ssh://192.168.3.200:/share/svn_try/croxit
   The system cannot find the file specified.
***
mkdir -m "Initial import" svn+ssh://192.168.3.200:/share/svn_try/croxit
   The system cannot find the file specified.

Any idea?
