3) Implementation should be serializable, not the interface. I've updated xmldoc.

LoadSpringConfiguration will require started JVM, which can't be done because we do not know JVM options yet.

2,4) Creating LoadSpringConfiguration method should solve both issues, so we'll get most defaults from Java
