Subject: Properties of referenced psml

I want to have following:
- in intranet has each logical area ist own psml file with own admin,
- all users except admin of this area have only view rights,
- all PSMLs are referenced by one PSML, which is distributed to new users.

For example:
There are 2 users: U1 and U2. U1 is admin for portlet P1 defined in psml file F1. U2 has only view rights for P1. Similary: U2 is admin for P2 defined in F2. U1 has only view rights for P2. In psml file F3 are referenced F1 and F2. F3 is finally distributed to all users including U1 and U2 and is the only psml for users.
If U1 change some properties of P1 (via F3 becouse he doesn't have access to F1), changes are visible only for U1, not for U2 (it seems like U1 has own copy of F1). And I want, that this change is visible for all users.

I hope you understand this.

My question is, how to change properties of referenced psml (not only copy, but original)?

Best regards

miro
