   I would love to use HTTP loading but currently I can't because of https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/issues/5325
   This is resolved in OpenSource Druid 0.13.0 but we haven't been able to switch to that version yet. On 0.12.3 it is buggy. 
   I believe that the fix was backported in the Imply version, but we're not using that.
