New 1.5.8 code in CVS

Hey All,

I've just checked in all the new exception-handling code into
CVS. There still seems to be a problem with a couple of tests, so I
probably won't have time to make an *official* release of 1.5.8 until
after I get back from the Gene Ontology meeting in Chicago next
Tuesday.

So if you want to play with it until then, you're welcome to check it
out from CVS and let me know how it works for you.

Besides the new exception handling code, I have almost completed
support for *ALL* overloaded methods!!! According to my count, the
only ones left are the overloaded constructors for the DOM_*, IDOM_*,
and SAX*Exception classes.
