   1) First commit implements static form components for subscription and detection
   2) Second commit implements shared state between detection form and detection yaml, except for rules which require the dynamically rendering component described in design docs
   3) Implements an abstract method fieldsToYaml for inserting shared fields from form to yaml without dumping comments
   4) removes yaml-editor and supporting features, replaced by detection-yaml and subscription-yaml
   5) refactors yaml utils into a file yaml-tools
   6) Misc. renaming and commenting to enhance readability of code
