[users@httpd] Message _exec() may not be safe_ help please

Hi,
every time I start apache I get the following message:
... [warn] (2)No such file or directory: exec() may not be safe
It seems to be a message from http.conf which tells me that there is wrong
entry. How can I fix this and what means 'exec() may not be safe'?
Any ideas? Thanks, Klaus
