    Various changes applied to the 0.9.0 site to get the website and docs updated for the new release.

    Fix child page inclusion on publish build
    
    When building the website the child page inclusions did not work due to
    path confusion. This commit fixes it.

    Thanks @sjcorbett, since these changes are already live on the public website (sourced from the 0.9.0 branch) they should probably be merged first!
